Manufactured Home Parks Re-Pipes
Many manufactured home parks were built in the 1970s and 1980s. During that time, it was very common to use galvanized metal pipe for its affordability. 40-50 years later, the natural decay of these pipes makes them very susceptible to failure. If your park was developed in that timeframe, it may be time to consider re-piping.
It is well worth it to have Jet Utilities do a leak survey and system evaluation. Once we have completed the survey, we can make a recommendation and fix any leaks we do find. Our plumbers are skilled and experienced in dealing with even the most challenging locations with minimal disruption to landscape and property.
Multi-Family / Apartments
Depending on the age of your water system, you may be spending a lot of time and money chasing water leaks. If you are constantly repairing broken water mains, or have tried multiple leak detection methods without being able to locate specific leaks, you may have a failing water system. If your water system is made up of galvanized pipe material, the decades of decay that naturally occur has likely damaged the underground infrastructure beyond a long term repair. Landscape Irrigation and other unmetered water sources are also very common leak sources. Contact Jet Utilities today to schedule a leak detection survey or to replace a known system failure.
